INTRODUCTION

Within 9 year of its existence (since its foundation in 1993) Regional Development Agency managed to implement into the net of institutions playing the key role in the sphere of regional development.

Currently, RDA is the only organization in Slovakia which holds the membership in EURADA (European Union Regional Development Agencies Association) in Brussels.

The following material presents both completed and ongoing activities of Regional Development Agency focused mainly on the regions of Považie, Kysuce, Orava and Turiec.
