PRE-ACCESSION AID
 

Within the further enlargement of the EU, a pre-accession aid for the candidate countries is offered in form of the pre-accession funds  PHARE, ISPA and SAPARD.  These financial grants are aimed for eliminating regional  disparities and helping the countries in the process of  implementation into the European structures.
